Online Fee

Dear Parent,

Online Fee portal is open through CLOBAS and Parents can proceed to pay Fee for your ward as per the instructions below:


  • Visit to the website www.coloursindianschool.com


  • Click on Online Fee


  • You will be directed to CLOBAS login Page


  • Type the User name and Password provided by School.


  • On successful login, click 'FEE DUE' icon.


  • Then proceed to pay fee due.


  • You will be re-directed to Bill Desk Payment Gateway.


  • Select the mode of your choice viz., Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc., and initiate payment.


  • Transaction Charges applicable are as follows:

4 Credit Cards Transaction processing Fee (Master/Rupay/Visa) 1.00% of the customer payment amount
(Transaction (0.90%) + Additional(0.10%))
5 Credit Cards Transaction processing Fee American Express - 1.50% of Transaction Amount
Diners - 1.25% of Transaction Amount

  • Post successful fee payment, a receipt will be generated after Statement Clearance from School.


  • In online payment mode, don't make multiple attempts without checking your bank account/card statement in case of any failure transaction.


PRIVACY POLICY

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the Institution. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.


CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

There is no cancellation option for the students / parents for their remittance online. In case of duplicate payment, the end user has to approach the accounts department of the School for a refund with proof of the transaction reference/your bank statement.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the transaction has FAILED for some reasons, you are REQUESTED TO WAIT for THREE DAYS OF WORKING before trying for payment again. Please contact the School accounts department for any discrepancy of online fee faced by you with reference to any of your transactions.


In any case, make a note of Reference/Transaction Details in case of Net banking or card payment.
